SkyUp.logo .ukraine USED♦ Maltese SkyUp, subsidiary to the Ukraine carrier, and was planned to take over SkyUp’s fleet to enable them to recommence scheduled operations. SkyUp Malta obtained its Air Operator’s Certificate and Operating Licence from Transport Malta. This will allow the Ukrainian airline to work, and pay wages and taxes to the Ukrainian budget. The carrier started operations in May2023
