[ – Evergreen International Airlines was established by Delford Smith (founder and owner) in 1960 and began operations on 30Jun1960 as Evergreen Helicopters. Acquired the operating certificate of Johnson Flying Service and merged it with Intermountain Airlines from Pacific Corporation (a CIA front company) in 1975 to form Evergreen International Airlines. Evergreen International Airlines was officially formed and incorporated on 16Apr1975 as a subsidiary of Evergreen Helicopters. Evergreen Helicopters was sold to Erickson Air-Crane in March 2013 for $250 million. On 08Nov2013 Evergreen International Airlines, a subsidiary of Evergreen International Aviation, announced to their employees that all operations would cease effective 29Nov2013]
