♦ Kondair Cargo was founded in 1977. Kondair was completely absorbed by TNT. The takeover happened in April 1989. Global logistics giant TNT purchased Kondair Cargo to acquire its established domestic slots and overnight cargo expertise in the UK.Rather than keeping Kondair running as a separate subsidiary, TNT immediately integrated Kondair’s fleet of utility aircraft (like the Britten-Norman Trislanders) and its pilot roster directly into TNT Aviation Services. This effectively retired the Kondair brand name and marked the end of its independent operations ♦
