♦ Aeromost Kharkiv was formed on 06Jun2002 under the initiative of Pavlo Naumenko, who was the president of InterAMI (an industrial conglomerate tied closely to the Kharkiv State Aircraft Manufacturing Company). The carrier operated high-frequency scheduled domestic services connecting Kharkiv to Kyiv (Zhuliany), alongside regional international charter flights to destinations across Eastern Europe and the Middle East. In Jun2007, struggling financially and hampered by the poor commercial adoption of the An-140 aircraft family, Aeromist-Kharkiv definitively halted all flight operations, shuts down its corporate digital platforms, and liquidated its remaining assets ♦
