Royal American Airways

♦ Royal American was incorporated on 24Jun1980, formed by several area businessmen. It began flying on 12Nov1980 using a Convair 600 between Fayetteville and Little Rock. In Jun1981, it stopped operations and was then taken over by Go Group (Tucson) the following year and operated flights from Las Vegas with the Viscounts. The carrier ceased operations in the summer of 1983
