♦ The Peruvian Government granted an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) to the startup Fly Perú Airlines on 31May2021. Now, the new company will have to start its certification process within the next six months. Fly Perú had intended to start operations in Dec2021 but the airline failed to secure aircraft, establish concrete physical infrastructure, or complete the required stages of the DGAC certification. The initial window lapses without flight activity. This resulted in the corporate entity becoming completely inactive
