NG Eagle (Nigeria Eagle)

♦ NG Eagle was incorporated in Maitama, Nigeria with Registration Number 1600277 on 11Jul2019. The new carrier was aiming for a late 2Q2021 start but appeared to have run into regulatory problems in Oct2021. The Nigerian Senate’s Standing Committee on Aviation had ordered the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) to suspend the ongoing certification process of start-up NG Eagle. As of late 2023, the carrier resumed its certification drive. NG Eagle chartered two A320s and started operations on 10Dec2023
