World Atlantic Airlines was founded in Sep2002 as Caribbean Sun Airlines in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and started operations on 21Jan2003. Closed down in Jan2007 and it was not until Sep2010 that an AOC was issued in the current name. The Southern District of Florida approved the sale of the assets of Miami Air International on 29May2020 to World Atlantic Airlines
