[Eastern Australia Airlines was formed in 1949 & started operations on 30Jun1949 as Tamworth Air Taxi Service. The name lasted a short while before being shortened to TAMAIR. Renamed to current name in 1987. Qantas owned airline serving destinations in New South Wales and Australian Capital Territories as QantasLink]
