[ – Trans Air Cargo Service was started by Jacques “Kiki” Lemaire in 1992 as Transair Cargo. Shut in 1998 due to the civil war in Congo. Transair Cargo was renamed TAC Air Services (i) (and moved to Rand, South Africa) in Jun1998. Restarted again in DR Congo in late 2004 after a rename to Trans Air Cargo Service, with Max Lemaire (son of Kiki) as General Director
