Southeast Airlines (ii) was founded by Tom Kolfenbach as Sun Jet International in 1993 as a St. Petersburg/Clearwater International (PIE), Florida charter airline. Sun Jet suspended operations in Jun1997. Charter flights were restarted in early 1999 as Southeast Airlines (ii). It abruptly ceased operations on 30Nov2004
