♦ Azur Air Ukraine was formed on 07Feb1967 as Tyumen Civil Aviation Division. Re-established on 25Mar1992 as Tyumenaviatrans. Renamed to Utair in 2009 and to Azur Air Ukraine on 30Nov2015 after tour operator Anex Tours acquired UTair-Ukraine from UTair Aviation. Azur Air Ukraine changed its name to Skyline Express in Mar2023. The airline is affiliated with the tour operator Anex Tour, which actively operates in the Russian and Ukrainian markets. The reason was to avoid association with its Russian namesake. The carrier resumed flights on 27Mar2023 to resort destinations from Europe after a year-long hiatus
