Private Jet Expeditions was founded in 1989 by Jack P. DeBoer. In 1993 the airline started scheduled passenger flights between both Chicago and Atlanta to Miami as well as continued charter services. In 1994, the airline changed its name to National Airlines but with declining traffic and financial struggles the airline ceased schedule flights in Oct1994. It filed for bankruptcy and stopped all operations on 28Mar1995
