Paninternational was founded in 1968 by Munich-based tour operator Paneuropa. It operated between 1970 and 1971. The company was first called Panair but the American company PAN AM had the rights on Panair Do Brasil and airline was renamed on 01Jan1970. After losing an aircraft soon after take-off in early Sep1971, the company ceased trading on 06Oct1971 and was liquidated on 31Dec1971
