Pacific American Airlines was formed as Airplane Charter by Mercer in 1946. Renamed to Mercer Airlines in 1955 and renamed again, this time to Pacific American Airlines but it ceased operations in 1979
~ operated intra-state passenger and cargo charter services out of Burbank Airport
