Pacific Airlines (i) was founded in Dec1990 and commenced operations on 15Apr1991, flying chartered cargo services. First airline to be formed in Vietnam after law changes. Renamed to JetStar Pacific on 23-May-2008. On 15Jun2020, Vietnam Airlines announced that it will increase its ownership of Jetstar Pacific to 98%. The airline is no longer be operating under the Jetstar brand, but will revert to its original name Pacific Airlines
