♦ After Mohawk was acquired by Allegheny Airlines, Northern Airways changed its name to Air North and became an Allegheny Commuter carrier. Air North continued to expand its route system until 1984 when the Brockway Glass company acquired both Air North and another commuter airline named Clinton Aero. The operations of the two airlines were merged together on 01Aug1984 of that year and the combined operation became known as Brockway Air ♦
