Magec Aviation was originally established as the FBO at London (CTN). In 1947 GEC Marconi purchased the business and assets of McAlpine Aviation and created a new company Magec Aviation. Magec Aviation w as then registered as an airline in 1989 and ceased operations in 1999, merging into Lynton Aviation
