Lynx Aviation

Lynx Aviation was formed by Frontier on 06Sep2006. It received its AOC on 05Dec2007 & began passenger operations 06Dec2007. In 2012, the Lynx Aviation operation was folded into Republic Airways Holdings subsidiary Republic Airlines
– [Republic Airways Holdings incorporated a new subsidiary, Republic Airline, in 1999, but the subsidiary had no activity prior to 2004 and no ability to operate aircraft prior to 2005. In 2004 the holding company activated Republic Airline in reaction to a pilots’ suit against American Airlines. started operations on 04Sep2005. On 31Jan2017, Shuttle America merged with Republic Airline.
