Ju-Air offered pleasure flights using Ju-52 aircraft. Unfortunately it suspended operations until further notice after a fatal accident on 04Aug2018. JU-Air had advised that it intends to resume operations in mid-3Q18. The carrier resumed flights on 17Aug2018. The Federal Office of Civil Aviation Bazl has now imposed a temporary ban on flights for Ju-Air’s Ju-52 Ju-52 aircraft in response to an interim report from the Swiss safety investigation office Sust. Although this applies immediately, but has no immediate impact, because both Ju-52 are currently in maintenance anyway. It is planned by Ju-Air, that the machines should fly again in the spring of 2019 but unfortunately that does not appear to happened
