♦ Kunpeng Airlines was formed as a collaboration between Mesa Airlines and Shenzhen Airlines to provide domestic services. The name of Bejing Airlines was originally mooted but not used. Kunpeng Airlines commenced operations in Oct2007. It was renamed to Henan Airlines when the collaboration ended, In Jun2009, Mesa Air Group sold its financial stake in Kunpeng Airlines and all its leased CRJ 200s were returned to the US. Henan Airlines ceased operations on 07Aug2013
