Gregory Air Service was founded in 1963 under the name Gregory Air Services (Gregory Air Taxis) by Ken Gregory. The home base was at the airfield in Denham, northwest of London and offered with flights to the surrounding area and to London Heathrow and -Gatwick. In 1964 the carrier merged with Marshall Dunn Aero Services. In December 1968, Air Gregory, as the company was now called, was acquired by the Bristol Street Motor Group. The airline was renamed to Denham Air Taxi Services around 1976
