[ – AsiaCargo Express was founded as Gading Sari Aviation in 1996. Its parent company, KL Airport Services Sdn Bhd (KLAS), took over Gading Sari in Feb2015, and the company new brand was launched in Mar2016

[ – WCA (World Cargo Airlines) was founded as Gading Sari Aviation in 1996. Its parent company, KL Airport Services Sdn Bhd (KLAS), took over Gading Sari in Feb2015, and AsiaCargo Express was launched in Mar2016. Pos Malaysia Bhd sold 51% of its air cargo business in East Malaysia to Asia Cargo Network Sdn Bhd (ACN) for RM40 million cash and the company was renamed to WCA (World Cargo Airlines). Pos Malaysia will now allow WCA (World Cargo Airlines) to take on other customers
