Finncomm was launched in 1993 as an air taxi company. Mostly operated in southern Finland as a scheduled carrier but expanded internationally in 2003. It was renamed to Flybe Nordic, which began operations on 20Oct2011 & in May2015 it was rebranded as NoRRA (Nordic Regional Airlines) (operates scheduled services based out of Helsinki Vantaa (HEL)
