[ – Fjellanger Widerøe was formed in 1970 when Fred Olsen purchased Widerøe and sold the aerial survey files to Fjellangers Oppmaling. Based at Ringerude. Went bankrupt on 17/Oct/2003 and was purchased by Helitrans in 2004]

[ – Helitrans was formed in 1990 and started helicopter services from Trondheim Airport Værnes in 1990. In 1997 the company started a fixed-wing division, with a Dornier Do-228. The fixed-wing division was sold to Kato Airline in 1998. In 2004 Helitrans made two large purchases: the aerial photography company Fjellanger Widerøe and the domestic division of NorCopter. In 2007 Helitrans purchased HelikopterDrift, a helicopter company based in Kjeller Flyplass, Lillestrøm, and later merged into Helitrans in 2011. Also purchased the Ålesund Airport, Vigra based airline Classic Air Norway that operated a Jetstream 31. In Dec2012 Helitrans ended the fixed wing operation and continued to only operate helicopters.
