Fiskflyg

♦  In Aug1953 a Republic RC-3 Seabee amphibian, was purchased, this started Fiskflyg. After Luspebryggan was flooded when the new dam “Stora Sjöfallet” was finished in 1975, Fiskflyg relocated their main base to Porjus, where they took over the hangars of Lapplandsflyg. It offered aid flights and transportations for native people in the north, the Lappen. It also provided tourism with fish charters, using Republic Seabees, Bell 206.
