Farthest North Airplane Company

Ben Eielson, a Fairbanks school teacher at the time, and a couple of Fairbanks investors started the Farthest-North Airplane Company and spent the summer 1923 flying throughout Interior of Alaska. Ben Eielson’s first flight in the Jenny took place on 03/Jul/1923. He flew the first airmail in Alaska, flying from Fairbanks to McGrath on 21Feb1924, in a period of little over three hours
