(Elbeflug)

Elbeflug was founded 1969 by Pinneberg businessman Horst Ortwin Möller. the Federal Aviation Authority refused to grant the company an operating license due to its opaque corporate relationships. The non-carrier closed down in 1972. In 1977 both Horst Ortwin Möller and Helga Möller were sentenced to long prison terms in a trial for investment fraud.
