Conair was formed in Oct1964 as Consolidated Aircraft Corporation, the successor to Flying Enterprise. In Apr1965 Conair started inclusive tour and charter operations

[ – MYTRAVEL AIRWAYS was formed when the parent company consolidated AIRTOURS with PREMIER into a single fleet and renamed it in keeping with the corporate image in Nov2001. Rebranded to THOMAS COOK SCANDINAVIA on on 08May2008. The airline ceased operations on 23Sep2019 but resumed flight operations as of 24Sep2019. Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia was rescued by Petter Stordalen and private equity firms, Altor and TDR Capital. The airline was acquired on 30Oct2019, and has been rebranded as Sunclass Airlines. It comMenced operations on 01Nov 2019
