CMA Central European Airlines was founded as CMA (Cargo Moravian Airlines) by private investors in 1990 as a cooperative enterprise DAK Slušovice, the operation of freight transport started with the aircraft Let L-410. In Jul1990, it launched a regular freight line Prague – Hanoi with a Tupolev Tu-154B-2. In Oct1990, it leased a Boeing 707-344B from the Liberian airline Liberia World Airways, with which the Ostrava – Karachi – Hanoi – Singapore – Karachi – Ostrava route was launched.
