[ – flybmi was originally formed by Ian Woodley in 1987 as Business Air with a small fleet of Bandierantes. It started operations on 15Aug1987. It was an almalgam of former scheduled operator Euroair and it’s associate Business Air Center. Originally operated passenger charter flights but expanded into scheduled services in 1987. Name changed to British Midland Commuter in 1998. Renamed to bmi Regional in 2001 and again to flybmi in Jul2018. flybmi ceased all operations on 16Feb2019 and filed for administration
