♦  Boardwalk Airways was planning an ambitious network of flights to over 20 cities in the USA East coast and to Toronto and Montréal in Canada. It was planning to use Airbus 320s, Fokker 100s or eventually MD-80s. The company was formed in 1992 and plans were finally abandoned in 1996
