Alpine Air Express was established on 07Oct1975 in Utah. It received its AOC in 1979 and originally operated scheduled passenger and cargo services, aircraft maintenance and a flight school, but now concentrates on cargo services. Great Lakes Airlines has sold its entire asset inventory to regional US air cargo carrier Alpine Air Express for an undisclosed sum
