Air One began life as Aliadriatica in 1983, started operations on 23/Nov/1995 as Air One. Ceased operations on 30/Oct/2014 & its assets merged into Alitalia

[ – Alitalia (Compagnia Aerea Italiana) operated its first flight on 13Jan2009. Took over the infrastructures from Alitalia (Linee Aeree Italiane) and absorbed Air One, creating a single airline. On 10Oct2020, the Italian government signed a decree to allow to reorganize the airline as Alitalia – Italia Trasporto Aereo (ITA)
