Air Manitoba

Air Manitoba roots can be found as far back as 1953 with Ilford Airways. It merged with Riverton Airways to form Ilford Riverton Airways. This airline then merged with Northland Airlines in 1986 to form Northland Air Manitoba. This airline was rebranded to Air Manitoba 1992. It shut down own operations in Jan1994 after their AOC was revoked over safety concerns, became a leasing-only company only in 1997
