Agderfly was established by Ola Rustenberg when be bought a Jodel D.120 in 1966. It changed its name to Nortrans Agderfly in the 1980s after it was sold. Rustenstad bought back the part of the company he didn’t own in 1985 and changed the name back to Agderfly. In May1991 the airline became a subsidiary of Air Express. Agderfly’s flight company filed for bankruptcy on 21Nov1991, citing that it was operating with a loss. The company ceased operating in 2004
