Airline Logo

TAL (Taxi Aereo Lianero, S.A.) was formed at Bogota in 1970 to offer nonscheduled DC3 passenger and freight service to various nearby towns. The company was reorganized in 1975, changed its name to Aerotal Colombia, and initiated scheduled passenger services with its fleet of two DC-3s and a newly received DC-4. Finally, due to serious debts, the operations of AeroTal were definitively suspended 1n 1983
