Operations had started on 30Jun1932 & ceased on 11Dec2012 & filed for bankruptcy, citing its inability to comply with new Federal Aviation Regulations, FAR-11, which imposed a minimum fleet size of eight aircraft with a seating capacity of at least 55 seats on all commercial carriers]
