♦ Aeroexo was formed in Nov1975 as Aeroejectivo by Alejandro Mega Morales, as an inclusive tour air charter operator to Mexico’s resorts from U.S.A. Aeroexo acquired 100% of Mexico’s low cost scheduled airline Aviacsa in 1996 and many of its B.727 aircraft were leased to Aviacsa during late 1990s. Aeroexo was part of Grupo Protexa – Monterrey based industrial conglomerate that specializes in petroleum extraction and refinery, construction and production of plastics. In 2002 all operations were transferred to Aviacsa ♦
